Loopback ships in the USA

loopback processes orders on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and associated tracking number.

Although most orders will be shipped out within 2 business days or less, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Holidays and high-volume periods may delay this process. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only. The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to customs, shipping destination, and national holidays. We ask that you please allow up to 12 business days before contacting us in regards to your order. RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to loopback by the courier, we will contact you and refund the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable. If you choose to leave your order in a safe place, we are not responsible for this and do not hold responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged after it has been delivered to a safe place
